Welcome to Mindful Nutrition
My mission is to help clients build healthy, rewarding relationships with food. Through individual nutrition counselling, you are empowered to begin dietary and lifestyle changes that can make a positive impact on a variety of diseases and health conditions, including:

In addition to providing personalized nutrition assessment and evidence-based nutrition recommendations, I also teach mindful eating skills that will help you tune in to your body’s hunger and satiety cues, make wiser food choices for yourself in everyday life, and control overeating.
Cathy Wang is a Registered Dietitian in Vancouver, Canada. Her experiences include nutrition counselling to support healthy eating for patients with type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and overweight/ obesity. In addition to providing nutritional therapies for chronic illnesses, Cathy also teaches mindful eating techniques to help others who are struggling with binge eating and/or emotional overeating.Read more
